I'm probably missing out on some of the best this island has to offer. The 'beignet'thing looks delicious. The stall near my house makes a decent one, but not as good as one i've had in nangang (yeah, i know too far). i like to think that the poor service is part of the atmosphere and just not think about it afterwards (unless it really screws with my food...then i'm not a happy hungry rose).
